You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security of our platform.

All prices displayed on the platform are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on the specific service, game, rank, region, and selected add-ons.

Payment is required in full before any work on your order begins. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Once an order is placed and a booster has been assigned, the estimated completion time is provided as a guideline and is not a guarantee. Actual completion times may vary based on game conditions and availability.

We offer refunds based on the progress of your order at the time of the refund request:

Full refund: If no games have been played on your order, you are entitled to a complete refund of the amount paid.

Partial refund: If your order is partially completed, you may receive a prorated refund for the uncompleted portion of the service.

No refund: Orders that have been fully completed are not eligible for refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

When using Solo Boosting services, you may be required to provide your game account credentials to our platform. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information.

Your credentials are never shared directly with boosters. Our secure system grants temporary access without exposing your password. All boosting sessions use VPN protection and offline mode to maintain your account's privacy.

ProBoost is not liable for any actions taken by game publishers against your account as a result of using boosting services. While we take every precaution to minimize risk, the use of boosting services may violate certain game publishers' terms of service.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Providing false or misleading information during registration or ordering

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with our platform's systems

- Using our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff, boosters, or other users

- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our services without authorization

- Attempting to contact boosters outside of the official platform channels

- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team

ProBoost and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our services, including but not limited to achieving or maintaining a particular rank, win rate, or LP gain.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, you may not be entitled to a refund for any active orders.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Active orders must be completed or refunded before account closure.
